Pakistani Chicken Biryani Recipe
This is a very tasty and delicious chicken biryani recipe. Try it at home and have fun with your family.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Basmati- Rice
- 3/4kg Chicken pieces
- 1 cup Yoghurt
- Onion 3 large, sliced
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- Green coriander leaves 2 tbsp, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
- A pinch Saffron
- 1 tsp Green chilli paste
- 1/2 cup Tomato puree
- 2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder (roasted)
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- 2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Water 3 1/2 cups
- 7 tbsp Oil
- Salt as required
How to Cook:
- Mix tomato yogurt, puri, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, turmeric powder, hot spice powder, coriander powder and salt.
- Take the chicken and toss in the same mixture. Let it rest for 3-4 hours.
- Put oil in a pan, heat it and fry the onions till they turn golden brown.
- Now add the marinated chicken and cook the whole mixture for ten minutes.
- Then take the rice in a pressure cooker and add 1/1 / cup of water. Also, take saffron, mix it in milk and add it to rice.
- Finally, add cardamom powder and chicken pieces along with the ketchup.
- Cover with foil and close the lid. The sheets do not allow steam to escape.
- Cook on low heat for 15 minutes on a griddle. If you don’t have tawa, cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Gently mix the rice and gravy before serving.
- Now, your delicious chicken biryani is ready to serve
- Serve with biryani raita and salad.

- Use basmati rice.
- Make the briyani korma perfect.
