- Chicken 500 grams
- Oil 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon
- Green chilies 4-5
- Yogurt 250 grams
- Crushed coriander seeds 1 teaspoon
- Crushed black pepper 1 teaspoon
- Cream ½ cup
- Crushed cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ginger 1 medium piece
- Fresh coriander ½ bunch
How to Cook
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until lightly browned. Then add ginger garlic paste and cook for one minute.
- Add crushed cumin, crushed coriander, crushed pepper, yogurt, and 1-1 / 2 cup water. Cook over high heat until chicken is tender.
- Mix green chilies and cream well in it and remove from heat.
- Serve garnished with ginger and chopped coriander.

- Beef ½ kg (boiled)
- Ghee 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Onion 2 (sliced)
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Coriander powder 2 ts
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Green cardamoms 6
- Bay leaves 2
- Tomatoes ½ kg
- Garam masala powder 2 tsp
- Black cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Green chilies 6 (sliced)
- Salt 1 tsp
- Handful green coriander (chopped)
How to Cook:
- Take a clay pot, add ghee and fry the onion till it turns brown. Remove the onion and mix with the yogurt.
- In the same ghee add bitter ginger garlic paste then red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric, green cardamom, cumin and itch.
- When the aroma comes, add the tomatoes and cook, now add the boiled beef with the yogurt mixture.
- Cook for 30 minutes. When the ghee thickens, add hot spices, green chilies and coriander leaves. It is ready to serve.
3. Shahi Daal:

Ingredients
- Daal Mong 2 cups
- 2 Tomatoes
- 8 washed almonds
- 4 cardamoms
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 2 cups of milk
- Oil
- Chicken cubes 1 knorr
- Lal Mirch 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder half tsp
- Sabut garam masala
- Butter and onion and 2 sabut mirch
How to Cook
- Add Daal Mong with Milk, ghee, turmeric. Add pepper, cardamom, salt, and almonds
- Cook in a pressure cooker for 15 to 20 minutes. Meanwhile, keep the heat medium and cook until the lentils are cooked
- Remove the steam before opening the lid.
- Set aside
- Heat the remaining ghee in a small pan for 10 minutes
- Add cumin seeds to ghee. When cumin starts to crackle, add onion and ginger. Fry until onion is transparent

- 1 tablespoon garam masala powder

- 2 tablespoon coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 600 gm chicken
- 1 dash saffron
- 1 tablespoon bay leaf
- salt as required
- 1 black cardamom
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 4 green chilies
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1/2 tablespoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 2 drops kewra
- 1 tablespoon rose water
How to Cook
- In a cooking pan, add 1 cup water, chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt, red pepper, cinnamon sticks, black peppercorn, cloves and green cardamom. Cover and cook until chicken and water are dry.
- In another pan, add enough water, black cumin, salt and boiled rice until 80%.
- Drain the rice.
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, yellow food coloring, hot spice powder, ground cardamom, nutmeg powder, saffron and curry water.
- Pour this yogurt mixture on a spreading layer of chicken and rice. Top with oil, sprinkle with fried onions, green chilies, green coriander and mint. Boil on low heat for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with raita and Salad.
5. Multani Sohan Halwa:
Halwa is a traditional dessert made exclusively by the Multani Sohan Halwa (Hafiz Multani Halwa) for the past 82 years in Multan, Pakistan. Hafiz’s Multani Halwa is available in four different flavors including almonds, cashews, walnuts and pistachios.
Ingredients
- Milk 1 liter
- White flour/maida 6 tbsp
- Samak/wheat grains 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 cup
- Green cardamom with skin 10,12 ground
- Clarified butter 2 tbsp
- Almond
- Pistachio
How to Cook
- Soak the wheat grains for 24 hours when the twigs and dry grains grow then grind.
- Mix ground semolina and white flour in a dry form.
- Add flour to boiled milk and stir to be whisked by hand. Do not cook too much, otherwise it will become hard.
- Then immediately add 2 lemons, salt and stir in the milk, now the water and milk will separate.
- Cook on medium, when it changes color, add 1 cup sugar and green cardamom powder.
- Add 2 tablespoons of pure clarified butter and cook till the oil comes out on the surface and the sweet halwa turns brown.
- Remove and set like a 1-inch thick sheet. Allow cooling to room temperature.

Ingredients
- Pasta ½ packet
- Oil 1 – 2 tbsp
- Chicken boneless 200 gm
- Garlic 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Oyster sauce 2 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Green coriander ½ bunch
- Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
- Salt as required
How to Cook
- Heat the pasta in boiling water, add oil and cook for 10 minutes until the pasta is fully cooked.
- For the chicken: Heat oil in a pan.
- Now add chopped garlic and chicken pieces.
- Fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Then add salt, pepper powder, and oyster sauce and lemon juice.
- Mix well and cook the chicken until tender.
- Add the pasta to the chicken mixture and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

How to Cook
- For Milk: Boil the milk, add cardamom cook on low heat till it weighs less than 1 kg.
- Add sugar and adjust the flavor, sprinkle with flame and make magazine balls.
- For Rasmalai: In a large bowl, add powdered milk with soda bicarb mix and mix a little with a spoon.
- Now add oil and mix by hand, add half an egg and knead until a smooth dough comes out.
- Now make about 10 10-11 balls quickly.

- Zeera powder 1/2 tsp
- Crushed Whole dried red chilies 1/2 tsp
- Haldi powder 1/4 tsp
- Halwa:
- Sujji (semolina) 1 cup
- Oil 2 tsp
- Sugar 1-1/2 cup
- Water 1/2 cup
- Seeds of small Illaichi 3
- Yellow food color (optional)
How to Cook
- Poori: Mix flour and 2 tablespoons of oil and water as needed
- Bake in small purees (like pancakes) as flat as possible and deep fry in hot oil.
- Potato fritters: Cut potatoes into small cubes.
- Add spices and 1 cup water and leave on low heat.
- When soft, mash lightly.
- Cholay: Boil the pickles with salt till soft.
- Heat 1tbs of oil in a pot.
- Add spices and soft pickles and 1/4 cup water.
- Mix a little and mash.
- Cook until bubbles appear, then remove from heat.
- Halwa: Put cardamom seeds in a pot with sujji and oil and fry on very low heat till light brown.
- Meanwhile, mix sugar and water to make syrup.
- Add it to semolina to take care of burning yourself and cooking on low heat to the desired consistency.
