1. Chicken Handi:

Ingredients
- 300 grams of Chicken
- 2 Onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 Tomato (chopped)
- 3 Green Chillies (sliced)
- 1 tsp. of Turmeric Powder (Pisi Haldi)
- 150 grams of Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp. of Red Chilli Powder (Pisi Lal Mirch)
- 250 grams of Butter
- 1 tsp. of Coriander Powder (Pisa Dhania)
- 100 grams of Cashewnut Paste
- 150 grams of Garlic Paste
- 150 grams of Cooking Oil
How to Cook
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry the onions and fry until golden brown. Then add chicken pieces in it and fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add ginger paste, garlic paste, tomato, green pepper and cashew paste. Stir for a few minutes.
- Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, butter and salt. Add some water as needed.
- Cover and cook over low heat until the chicken is well cooked.
- Garnish with coriander / yellow leaves and mix.
2. Chicken Kofta:
Ingredients
- Chicken mince ½ kg
- Coriander leaves ½ bunch
- Onion 1
- Salt as required
- Ginger 1 inch
- Garlic cloves 4
- Egg 1 small
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Bread slices 2 small
- For Gravy:
- Oil ½ cup
- Onion paste ½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- Tomato paste ½ cup
- Kashmiri chili paste 2 tbsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
How to Cook
- All the ingredients of Kofta were cut off.
- Make mixture balls and set aside.
- For gravy: Heat oil in a saucepan and add onion paste, ginger and garlic paste and fry.
- Then add salt, tomato paste, chili paste and yogurt.
- Add half a cup of water and add Kufa.
- Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Then add 2 cups of water and cook on low heat for a while.
- Serve with hot Roti or Naan.

Ingredients
- Chicken (small pieces) 500 gm
- Tomatoes roughly grind 3
- Ginger finely sliced 2 tbsp
- Garlic and ginger paste 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 4-5
- Fresh green coriander 1 bunch
- Crushed dry coriander 1 tsp
- 1 tsp of crushed cumin seeds
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp

How to Cook
- Heat oil in a wok and add garlic and ginger paste then fry.
- Then add crushed coriander and cumin seeds, stir well.
- Now add chicken, cook for 1-2 minutes.

- Add tomatoes, salt, crushed red pepper and turmeric.

Ingredients
- Chicken (with skin 8-10 pieces)
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Paprika 1 tsp and/or chilli powder half tsp
- Chinese salt 1 tsp or chicken powder

- Egg 1
- Milk 2 tbsp
- All-purpose flour 1cup
How to Cook
- Marinate the chicken with salt and lemon juice.
- Mix milk and eggs together and add chicken in this mixture.
- In another bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, sugar, salt and mustard powder. Then coat the chicken in the flour mixture (if you need a crustier coating, coat the flour a second time) and fry for 20 minutes on low to medium heat.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 600g chicken breast sliced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1 brown onion
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 cups cold cooked rice
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 4 green onions, sliced diagonally
- 1/4 cup fried shallots
How to Cook
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sweet pepper sauce and oyster sauce. Sit on one side. Heat the wool until warm.
- Add 3 tablespoons of oil and roll in a coat. Add half the chicken and stir fry for 2 minutes or until brown. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with oil and remaining chicken.
- Add the remaining 2 teaspoons of oil and onion and fry it for two to three minutes.
- Now add the garlic and fry for 30 seconds. then add egg and rice.
- Fry the eggs for 2 to 3 minutes until they are well combined with the rice.
- Return the chicken to the wok. Add soy sauce mixture and green onion. Then fry for 1 to 2 minutes or until well combined. Spoon in bowls. Sprinkle with fried tubes and serve with salad.
6. Chicken Pulao:
Chicken Pulao is a dish based on rice and chicken that includes cloves, cardamom, garlic and caramelized onions. The dish is authentic Pakistan food and is easily made.
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups Basmati Rice, washed and soaked.
- 1.5-2 lb chicken
- 3 onions diced
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1.5 tbsp ginger paste
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp whole black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1-inch piece cinnamon
- 3 black cardamoms
- 5-6 whole red chillies
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 pieces javetri/mace (optional)
- 4-5 whole green chillies
How to Cook
- Take oil in a Pan which is enough to cook your pulao and heat it.
- Add onion and cook over medium heat.
- Now add the chicken and fry until the pieces are all white.
- Add all the polao spice ingredients except the green chilies.
- Mix well, fry over medium heat for two minutes.
- Let the spices boil, then simmer over low heat until the chicken is done. The chicken releases its own liquid so you don’t need to add the spice until it feels like it will stick/burn.
- When the spice is ready, the oil will rise and the chicken will be soft. It can take anywhere between 25-25 minutes depending on your chicken.
- Once the chicken is done, add rice, green chilies and 3.5 cups of water to the pot, along with salt.
- Bring the pulao to a boil and cover partially until almost all the water has evaporated. Close the lid completely for 5-8 minutes until the remaining moisture is absorbed and the rice is done.
- Serve with your favorite sauce / Raita / Ichhar.
7. Chicken Malai Boti:
Ingredients
- Chicken boneless ½ kg 2 inch cubes
- Green chilies grinned 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- White cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
- Allspice ½ tsp
- Coriander roasted and crushed 1 tsp heaped
- White pepper ½ tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp heaped
- Almonds blanched and grinded 2 tbsp
How to Cook
- In a bowl grind 1 piece of marinated chicken cubes with green chillies, 1 piece of ginger garlic paste, 1 piece filled with white cumin and 1 piece, raw, 1 piece of roasted and crushed coriander, 1 piece of white pepper, 1 piece, crushed pepper 1 tsp, 2 tsp cream, 2 tsp yogurt, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp salt.
- Grind almonds and 2 tablespoons for 2 hours, put on a square, BBQ until close.
- Brush with remaining cabbage and BBQ until brushed with ghee or oil.

- One onion (finely chopped)

- Ajinomoto half a teaspoon
- A tablespoon of soy sauce
- Ginger garlic paste a tablespoon
- Two tablespoons of vinegar

- One lemon (extract the juice)

How to Cook
- Add salt, a tablespoon of vinegar, lemon juice and soy sauce to the chicken and keep it in the refrigerator overnight.

Ingredients
- 200 gms Chicken, boneless
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup sweet corn, crushed
- 3 tsp flour mixed with water
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce, to taste
- ½ tsp hot sauce, to taste
- ½ tsp vinegar
How to Cook
- Boil chicken in chicken broth in a large pot or crockpot
- Let the chicken cook for 20-15 minutes or until it is fully cooked. The chicken should be cut very easily.
- When the chicken is cooked, put half the corn in a blender and add the lentils a few times with a touch of water. Do not clean the corn but crush it lightly.
- Once the chicken is done, take it out of the pot and hit it with a fork and knife.
- Return the chopped chicken to the pot with the chopped corn and 2 cups of water and keep the soup boiling.
- When the soup is boiling, mix the flour in a little water to form a paste and add it to the boiling soup to thicken it.
- Next, beat one egg and slowly add it to the soup.

- Chicken fillet 4 to 5
- Iceberg lettuce 4 to 5 leaves
- Eggs 4
- Plain flour 1/2 cup
- Cornflour 1/2 cup
- Mustard powder 1 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Chees slices 4 to 5
- Hot sauce as required
- Mayonnaise as required
- Hot milk 1 cup
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Chicken cube 1
- Sugar 1 tsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Buns 4 to 6
- Oil as required
How to Cook
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and set aside. Crush the chicken cubes in the flour.
- Take another bowl, add the dry ingredients, including the chicken cube flour and mix them well. Rub the dried spices well into the chicken pieces and dip in the beaten eggs.
- Fry the chicken until golden brown. Take around and cut it in half, lightly grease the pan and test on both sides. Add hot milk and mayonnaise to the buns.
