Coronavirus Cases On Rising In Pakistan Due To Non-Compliance Of SOP

In the last 24 hours, 799 new cowardly incidents have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours as compared to the previous day with 644 new cases. A total of 8,717 of COVID 19 active cases were recorded in Pakistan on Thursday as 799 more people tested positive for the deadly virus in the last 24 hours.

The 318,000 total of Coronavirus cases reported in Pakistan Pushing to 6,552 death. About 29,097 tests were conducted across the country on Wednesday, including 13,642 in Sindh, 9,828 in Punjab, 2,003 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 230 in Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) and Balochistan. Across Pakistan, about 315,000 people have recovered from the disease so far, which is more than 90% of the recovery rate of infected patients.

Thousands of Pakistani schools and colleges will reopen on 15 September, ending a six-month shutdown caused by the coronavirus epidemic.
According to SOPs issued by the government, masks will be mandatory for all teachers and students, while school, college, and university administrations will ensure sensitive people at the entrances. But after 2 days, least 22 educational institutions across the country have been shut down in just 48 hours for non-compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to prevent the spread of COVID 19.

Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mehmood on Monday denied “fake news” circulating on social media that educational institutions across the country would be closed again from October 15 due to the epidemic of Covid 19.

Due to a weak healthcare system, large population and many poor families in crowded conditions, Pakistan has been under threat since the beginning of the devastating Coronavirus.
