About BISE Lahore
BISE Lahore is one of the oldest and largest educational boards in Pakistan, conducting matric and intermediate examinations for Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, and Nankana Sahib. Because it serves the provincial capital, its result announcements draw the biggest crowds — both online and in the press. The board publishes results on its official website, through SMS, and in the official gazette, all at the same time as the other eight Punjab boards under the PBCC’s synchronized schedule.
How to Check the Lahore Board 11th Class Result by Roll Number
Checking by roll number on the official website is the method most Lahore students use. Here is exactly what to do on October 22, after 10:00 AM:
- Go to the BISE Lahore official website’s result section.
- Choose the “HSSC Part-I (11th Class) Result 2026” option.
- Type your roll number exactly as it appears on your roll number slip — even one wrong digit shows someone else’s result or an error.
- Submit, and your detailed marks sheet will open. Save a screenshot immediately.
A practical tip for Lahore students: the board’s site slows down in the first hour because of the sheer number of candidates. If the page stalls, wait a couple of minutes before retrying. Opening the site a few minutes after 10:00 AM is often smoother than hammering refresh at exactly ten.
Check the Result by SMS
BISE Lahore operates an official SMS result service: you text your roll number to the board’s officially announced code and receive your result by reply SMS. This is a lifesaver when the website will not load. Just make sure you use the code from the board’s current official notification — codes floating around in old forwards may be outdated — and keep a few rupees of balance on your SIM.
The BISE Lahore Result Gazette
The gazette is the board’s complete, official result record in PDF form. Lahore’s gazette is enormous, covering every candidate in its four districts, which makes it perfect for searching by name (Ctrl+F) or for checking results when the portal is overwhelmed. The board makes the gazette available after the announcement; your college may also provide access to it.
Understanding Your Result Card
Your online result shows subject-wise marks, total marks, your grade, and your overall result status (pass, fail, or supply in specific subjects). The online display is provisional — the official result card, issued through your college, is the document that counts for admissions and records. Compare the two when the card arrives, and keep both safe.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will the BISE Lahore 11th Class Result 2026 be announced?
October 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM PKT — officially announced by the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen (PBCC) for all Punjab boards, including Lahore.
Which districts come under BISE Lahore?
Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, and Nankana Sahib. If your college is in any of these districts, your result is published by BISE Lahore.
