Coronavirus Symptoms and Treatment in Pakistan

Over the past two months, the outbreak of the novel coronavirus has posed a global threat. On February 26, the Prime Minister’s Assistant Zafar Mirza confirmed the first two cases of the coronavirus in Pakistan. Both cases are being treated according to the clinical standard protocol. But Coronavirus Treatment in Pakistan is still under process.

The first patient was a reported student in Karachi in Sindh province at the University of Karachi. Both patients had recently returned from Iran. Within a week of the first two cases, Pakistan confirmed three more cases, including a case in Pakistan’s capital, Islamabad and also in Rawalpindi, Punjab. In Pakistan, 461 coronavirus patients reported from different cities to date 20, March 2020.

What is coronavirus?

The coronavirus is a dangerous virus that causes various flu and respiratory diseases. This type of virus is common in animals but can only affect certain types of humans. These viruses are capable of transmitting from animals to humans.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) 

Scientists discovered a new type of coronavirus after a contagious outbreak in Wuhan, China. The disease – WHO-19 called WHO – has never been seen in humans before. Scientists suspect that the virus may have jumped from animal breeding to the human population and then started to spread.

Symptoms Of Coronavirus

The Corona Virus is a family of many types of viruses that cause serious illnesses like common cold, colds and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome. It sufferers symptoms like headache, nausea, cough, and fatigue. In addition, serious symptoms are difficulty breathing, pneumonia and kidney failure can be revealed. In case of any such symptoms, immediate contact and consultation with a doctor are necessary.

Coronavirus Treatment in Pakistan

The disease can be fatal in severe cases. According to the WHO, however, eighty % of coronavirus infected patients can recover without special treatment. So far, the death toll in quotient 19 is only 2%.

3. Even if you are healthy if you want to cough or sneeze, use tissue paper to cover your mouth. If you want to sneeze and you don’t have a tissue, use your elbows instead of your palms. Immediately remove the used tissue.
