    At the International Women’s Day, the UN Secretary-General Ant\u00f3nio Guterres said that ‘Men are still in leadership positions and with a wide gap in economic gender. They have called for change “by empowering women at all levels’. The UN theme for IWD in 2017 is ‘Women in a Changing World of Work’. Currently, only 50% of women are represented in the labor force globally as compared to 76% of men.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
