Over the past two months, the outbreak of the novel coronavirus has posed a global threat. On February 26, the Prime Minister’s Assistant Zafar Mirza confirmed the first two cases of the coronavirus in Pakistan. Both cases are being treated according to the clinical standard protocol. The first patient was a reported student in Karachi in Sindh province at the University of Karachi. Both patients had recently returned from Iran.
