  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  2. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-proof skeleton over medium-high heat.

  • 1/3 cup of Sour Cream
  • 1 (16-ounce package) of Cottage Cheese
  • Cooking Oil (as needed)

  • 1 tsp. Salt (or to taste)

How to Cook

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 large garlic cloves, crushed
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

  • 2 tbsp capers, drained
  • 300g dried spaghetti

  1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over normal heat. Finely chop the onion with salt and fry for 10 minutes, or until soft.
  2. Add garlic and pepper, if used, and cook for another minute.
